Best Season Summer
Description

Full of flavor and made from simple ingredients, these burgers are juicy, tender, and not crumbly. Serve them on Rudi’s sourdough buns for a recipe to keep on repeat all summer.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup spinach (finely chopped, can replace with cilantro or parsley)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 servings Rudi's Sourdough Hamburger Buns
Directions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high (300-350 degrees).
  2. In a large bowl, place the turkey, feta, cilantro, mayo, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands, combine the mixture until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and then shape each part into a patty that is about ½-inch thick. Place the patties on a plate (or cover and chill until ready to grill).
  4. Grill the patties over direct heat for 10 minutes, then flip over and cook for 2-3 minutes more, or until a meat thermometer registers at 165 degrees when inserted into the thickest part of the burger.
  5. Serve burgers on buns with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
