The Best Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high (300-350 degrees).
In a large bowl, place the turkey, feta, cilantro, mayo, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands, combine the mixture until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Divide the mixture into 4 parts and then shape each part into a patty that is about ½-inch thick. Place the patties on a plate (or cover and chill until ready to grill).
Grill the patties over direct heat for 10 minutes, then flip over and cook for 2-3 minutes more, or until a meat thermometer registers at 165 degrees when inserted into the thickest part of the burger.
Serve burgers on buns with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
