Travel-Friendly Sandwiches: The Elvis
Ingredients
Directions
Spread nut butter or seed butter of choice over 2 slices of any favorite Rudi’s bread.
Drizzle honey over the nut butter on one slice and then layer banana slices over the honey.
Top with the other slice of bread and cut in half. Wrap sandwich or pack in a reusable bag or to-go container.
Cook for a few minutes, cook your sandwich until the bottom of the breads starts to get golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side the same.
Remove
Put your sandwich on a plate. Serve warm with syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Enjoy!
