A simple formula can help you create packable sandwiches that deliver on great taste and the nutrition you seek when traveling. Combine these elements on good bread, and you’ll have a to-go meal or satisfying snack at the ready. 

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp jam
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 slices Rudi's bread
Instructions
  1. Spread the cream cheese over 2 slices of any favorite Rudi’s bread.
  2. Spread the jam over the cream cheese on one slice and then sprinkle the chia seeds over the jam.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread and cut in half. Wrap sandwich or pack in a reusable bag or to-go container.
