Instant Pot French Toast Recipe

You may have made a cinnamon roll french toast casserole or french toast bake, but those can take a long time to make. With the instant pot craze going on, we thought we would try to shorten the preparation time needed for traditional french toast bakes! We love our instant pot and use it for dinners all the time. We have even used it for dessert with our Instant Pot Monkey Bread. The ease and quickness of it are perfect for our busy lifestyle. I honestly had no idea that you could even make french toast in the instant pot! But it is really easy!Feel free to add in some fun additions like pecans, walnuts or chocolate chips! Description

A simple formula can help you create packable sandwiches that deliver on great taste and the nutrition you seek when traveling. Combine these elements on good bread, and you’ll have a to-go meal or satisfying snack at the ready. 

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (or seed butter)
  • 2 tsp pure honey
  • 1/4 whole banana (sliced)
  • 2 slices Rudi's Bread
Directions
  1. Spread nut butter or seed butter of choice over 2 slices of any favorite Rudi’s bread.
  2. Drizzle honey over the nut butter on one slice and then layer banana slices over the honey.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread and cut in half. Wrap sandwich or pack in a reusable bag or to-go container.
  4. Cook for a few minutes, cook your sandwich until the bottom of the breads starts to get golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side the same.
  5. Remove

    Put your sandwich on a plate. Serve warm with syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Enjoy!
